At Nate B Personal Training, I offer personalized coaching tailored to your individual fitness goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall health, my programs are designed to fit your needs.
In 2000, at the beginning of the seventh grade, I started out on the school cross country team. I followed this method of fitness all the way through to the end of my high school career, including indoor and outdoor track and field. After high school I took up road cycling for 10 years. I really loved endurance sports! I began my weightlifting journey in 2016, focusing mostly on strength and growth. Now, in my late thirties, my focus has shifted once more. While still working on overall strength, movement and stability have become the primary focus.
I believe that my range of experience and knowledge as a fitness enthusiast and accredited NASM certified personal trainer put me in a position to help you intelligently achieve your fitness goals, whatever they might be!

One-on-one virtual sessions and consultations can be booked for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Fitness assessments can be performed via zoom meetings, face time, or we can arrange for you to record them and send via email any day of the week.
